Pro Appliance Repair L.L.C provides doorstep repair for washing machines, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, dryers, stoves and ovens across Dubai.

2Booking A Visit

• Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp or the website form.
• A booking is confirmed only once we message or call you with a time slot.
• Please give accurate details about the appliance, the fault and your address.
• An adult (18+) must be present for the full visit.

3Diagnosis & Quotation

On arrival, the technician inspects the appliance and explains the fault. You then receive a quotation for the repair.

• No repair work begins until you approve the quote.
• Starting prices shown on our website, such as "from AED 50", are indicative only.
• The final price depends on the fault, the parts required and the labour involved.

4Payment

• Payment is due once the repair is finished and tested.
• We accept the payment methods confirmed by our team at the time of booking.
• If you decline the quote, a visit or inspection charge may apply. We will tell you about it before the visit.
• If we cannot repair the appliance, you will not be charged for the repair.

5Spare Parts

We use new genuine or compatible parts from trusted suppliers. Some parts may need to be ordered, which can add time to the job. Replaced parts may be taken away and disposed of unless you ask to keep them.

6Repair Warranty

Repairs carried out by Pro Appliance Repair L.L.C are covered by a warranty on the parts we fitted and the labour for that repair. The period will be confirmed on your invoice or message.

The warranty does not cover:

• Faults unrelated to the original repair
• Damage from misuse, power surges, water, pests or accidents
• Appliances later opened or repaired by someone else
• Normal wear and tear on other components

7Rescheduling & Cancellation

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please let us know as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp. Our technicians may occasionally run late due to traffic or earlier jobs. We will keep you informed.

8Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe, clear access to the appliance
• Tell us about any known hazards, such as gas or water leaks
• Confirm that you own the appliance or have the owner’s permission
• Remove valuables and food where needed before the repair

9Limitation Of Liability

Pro Appliance Repair L.L.C is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including spoiled food, lost time or damage caused by an existing fault. Our total liability for any repair is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10Brand Names

We are an independent company and not an authorised service centre for any manufacturer. Brand names are used only to show which appliances we can repair. Repairing an appliance with us may affect any manufacturer warranty still in force, so please check that warranty first.

11Website Use

All content on this website is owned by Pro Appliance Repair L.L.C. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission. We try to keep the information accurate but do not guarantee it is always complete or current.

12Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version on this page applies to all bookings made after the effective date shown above.
